
Every time we at Precise Car Service, service a customers vehicle we conduct comprehensive 30-point inspection of the vehicle. Not only is this essential to safety of the vehicle it is absolutely free.
The 30-point inspection provides a snapshot of the current state of the vehicle and its essential systems. There are a lot of moving parts that make up a motor vehicle and they all need to work together for safe and happy driving. It goes without saying that each component and part wears at a different rate. This is why the 30-point inspection is essential to understanding the current state of you vehicle, identify the wear level of each component. The 30-point inspection provides a rating for of each item ranging from “Critical Needs Servicing Immediately” to “Shows Signs of Wear – Needs Service Soon” to “OK Excellent Condition”. The rating system provides a report card of what is functioning well and things to keep in mind for future attention and critical components require immediate service. The customer is under no obligation to take care of any of these things immediately but it is very important that they understand and are aware of the state of their vehicle so they can keep an eye on their vehicle between services and also plan for future maintenance and repairs and anticipate associated costs that may be down the road.
